Reset Password

Use this form to reset a lost password.

Please enter the email address you originally used when you created your PCMP User Profile in the PCMP Learning Portal. eg. John.Doe@gems7.gov.bc.ca, and your new password will be emailed to you.

If your email address has recently changed (eg. John.Doe@gov.bc.ca) , please remember to update your "user Profile" located under "My Details".

If you do not receive a new password within 30 minutes, please contact Portal Technical Help at info@procurementlearning.com or 250-881-8186. They will be able to reset your password manually.
